How to make reservations: Simply call 1-800-247-8388 or 423-338-8388.

Because of the popularity of our trips, reservations are strongly recommended, even if you call just before a trip. However, if you happen to be in the area, we gladly welcome last minute walk-ins on a space available basis.

Booking and cancellation policies:

For individuals, we require full payment for your trip within 10 days of booking your reservation. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, you’ll receive a 100% refund, within 7 days, you’ll receive a 50% refund, but if you cancel with less than 7 days left until your trip, you will receive no refund.

For groups (12 or more), we require a 10% deposit within 10 days of booking your reservation, with a payment equal to 50% of the entire balance being due at least 60 days before your trip. In any event, your full payment must be received by our outpost at least 30 days prior to your rafting trip. If groups cancel 30 days or more prior to scheduled trip date, a 100% refund will be given. If groups cancel 2 weeks prior to trip, a 50% refund will be given, but groups canceling with less than 2 weeks left before scheduled trip will not receive a refund.

Where are we?

FROM ATLANTA Take 1-75 North to Highway 411 just past Cartersville (use exit 293). Turn North on 411 and drive all the way into Tennessee. Nine miles past the state line you will come to Hwy. 64. Turn east and drive 3 miles and cross the lower Ocoee River. Turn left on the first road past the bridge. This is Welcome Valley Road. Sunburst is 1 ½ miles down Welcome Valley Road on the right.

FROM CHATTANOOGA Take 1-75 North to the "64 bypass East" (use exit 20). Drive 6 ½ miles on the bypass and take "64 East-Ocoee exit." Drive 10 miles east on 64 and cross over the lower Ocoee River bridge. Turn left on Welcome Valley Road. Sunburst is 1 ½ miles down Welcome Valley Road on the right.

FROM GATLINBURG Take Hwy 321 South and West through Townsend to Maryville. In Maryville take Hwy 411 South to Benton. In Benton go through the stop light for about ¼ mile. Take the blacktop road across from the Citgo Service Station (Welcome Valley Road), go 3.2 miles. Sunburst will be on your left.

FROM KNOXVILLE Take 1-75 South to Athens and get on Hwy 30 East (use exit 49). Drive 13 miles through Athens to Hwy 411. Turn south on 411 and follow to Benton, about 15 miles. In Benton go through the stop light for about ¼ mile. Watch for Sunburst sign on the right. Take blacktop road (Welcome Valley Road) across from the Citgo Service Station, follow for 3.2 miles and Sunburst will be on the left side.

FROM NORTH CAROLINA Drive into Tennessee from Murphy, NC on Hwy. 64 West. Twenty five miles past the state line you will have passed by the Ocoee River and will be driving by Parksville Lake. When the road veers away from the lake, look for Riverside Restaurant on the left. Take the first right hand turn after the Ocoee Gondolier restaurant. This will be Welcome Valley Road. Sunburst is 1 ½ miles down on the right.
