To ensure your comfort,
please dress for the occasion.
- Swimsuit or quick drying shorts
- T-shirt, tennis shoes that tie on to your feet (Teva type
sandals are fine)
Wool sweater, socks and cap on cooler days
(wetsuits/paddling suits will be available during spring and
fall months); NOTE: Do not wear cotton on cool days; this
includes jeans, t-shirts, and socks. Cotton can actually rob
your body of heat.
- Sunscreen
- Towel for drying off at the end of the trip
- Clothes to change into when you get off the river
- Plastic bag for wet stuff
- Small amount of money
- If you've had a good time, our guides do accept gratuities
- Money for souvenirs, forgotten items and pictures
- If there are special medications that you may need, bring
them
